What about food and water?

The Jorr Food Court has premium food brands at reasonable rates, and drinking water is sold at MRP: ₹20 for a litre, ₹10 for 500 ml.

Is this a separate event from PYC Navratri?

No. HBK ના ગરબા is PYC Navratri on that night: same ground, same gates, same team. Your pass is a PYC Navratri pass for the night you book.
