These terms apply when you book passes for PYC Navratri 2026 on pycnavratri.com, on PYC’s partner-night sites (keystone.pycnavratri.com and hbk.pycnavratri.com) or on WhatsApp, and when you come to the ground. By booking, you accept them, together with our privacy policy and our cancellation and refund policy.
Who we are
PYC Navratri is organised by PYC Education Private Limited, operating as Pratham Youth Community (PYC) (“PYC”, “we”), Chenpur Village, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382470, India.
Passes
- A pass is entry for one person on one night, and is valid only for the night it was booked for.
- A group of 5 is one booking of 5 passes for one night.
- Kids aged 5 and under enter free with age proof at the gate. Age 6 and up needs a pass.
- The festival runs 11 Oct to 19 Oct 2026 at M K Farm house, Super City Road, Near Science City, S.P. Ring Road, Bhadaj, Ahmedabad. Gates open 7:30 PM and garba runs till midnight (IST).
Booking and payment
- Your WhatsApp number is confirmed with a one-time code, and your pass is issued to that number.
- Payments are taken by Razorpay, by UPI, card or netbanking. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with them and never reach us.
- A booking exists only once the payment succeeds.
- The price shown at checkout is the total you pay; no booking or convenience fee is added. See pricing.
Delivery
The pass voucher is sent on WhatsApp, normally within a minute of payment. Show it at the box office on the night. See the shipping and delivery policy.
Cancellations and refunds
Passes are non-refundable. If PYC cancels or postpones a night, everyone booked for it gets a full refund to the original payment method. The cancellation and refund policy has the details, including failed and duplicate payments.
On the ground
- Entry is subject to security checks and the organisers’ house rules on the ground.
- Treat other guests, artists and staff with respect. Harassment, violence, illegal activity or ignoring staff instructions can get you removed from the ground, and a removed pass is not refunded.
- We photograph and film across the festival, and that footage appears in reels, the aftermovie and next year’s material. On a ground this size you may appear in a crowd shot. If a specific photo of you is up and you want it taken down, message us and we will remove it.
Names and logos
The PYC name, logo and this site’s content belong to PYC and may not be reproduced without permission. The HBK name and logo belong to HBK.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PYC is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from a booking or from attending.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
